5. What caused the temperature within the container to
change?
6. Which container will lose heat faster? Why.
7. Which will conduct more heat Sand or Water?
8. What’s the process through which the lamp is giving heat
to the container?
9. What will reflect heat faster water or sand?
10. In a short paragraph using at least 3 vocabulary words.

Plate tectonic theory
Plate Tectonics is the theory that the Earths outer shell is divided into several plates that move over the mantle. the plates act like hard shells. the convection currents cause movement of magma that makes plate move. because of convection currents the movement of magma makes plates move.
Each plate move in a certain way, some slide past each other, other plates go away from each other or plates coming toward each other. millions of years ago continents were together it was called pangaea, but because of plate tectonics, plates move a little bit away from each other every year making continents a little further away. And also when we did puzzles of the continents certain continents fit together proving that the pangaea once existed. I think the theory of plates tectonics is true because of the evidence above, and due to research done by scientists.
